ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 72 hours for me to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way! Orders are generally shipped using UPS, DHL or FEDEX, and may take 5 to 12 days to arrive.

Commissions and made to order (pre-order) items will take an additional 3 to 4 weeks in production time, before I start to process them for shipping.

Prints

ORDER PROCESSING:

Prints can take up to 72 hours to be printed in the US by Sensaria. Expect an email within 3 business days with a tracking link!

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is in its original condition, and I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at kel@kelfelts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
